Research and Strategy Co-op (Winter 2027), Enterprise Technology & Business Management

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay, 24th Floor, and the remaining days remote. Applicants must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Analyze emerging technology trends and provide research-based insights.
• Present findings to senior management through clear, visually effective decks.
• Draft executive briefings that communicate research and strategic implications.
• Support exposure to the lifecycle of projects resulting from research initiatives.
• Attend team-hosted events and help educate others about emerging technology trends.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies; enrollment in a registered co-op program is not required.
• Ability to simplify complex technology, ideas, and concepts for key stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.
• Ability to create decks that tell visual stories and educate or influence stakeholders on innovative themes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas and opinions involving research, interpretation, and assessment.
• Ability to build and manage complex stakeholder relationships and engage partners appropriately for design-related deliverables.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and determining next steps in an innovation environment.
• Digital fluency, adaptability to new tools and trends, curiosity, continuous learning, teamwork, and the ability to investigate complex problems and communicate detailed information meaningfully.

Hiring process
