Sr. Director Client Enablement & Technology Assembly (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, London, United Kingdom. Teams meet in person as needed for learning and collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead executive delivery across architecture, platform engineering, integration, data, and client enablement teams.
• Translate platform strategy and client priorities into roadmaps, milestones, delivery commitments, and adoption outcomes.
• Own client onboarding readiness for APIs, Kafka event streams, reusable components, integration patterns, data pipelines, and support models.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Implementation, Technology, and client-facing leaders to create technical blueprints, reference implementations, accelerators, and repeatable delivery patterns.
• Manage dependencies, risks, escalations, vendors, release readiness, production support, and operational resilience.
• Establish governance for Agile delivery, DevOps, SDLC, release management, observability, disaster recovery, capacity, and service-level expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience and 10+ years leading senior engineering organizations, delivery portfolios, budgets, or transformation programs.
• Executive experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms, client-facing technology programs, onboarding improvements, and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, cloud platforms, cloud-native architecture, APIs, streaming, data platforms, integration technologies, and enterprise controls.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering, service-based and event-driven architectures, data modeling, observability, resilience, and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to lead senior technical leaders, align executive stakeholders, manage trade-offs, and drive measurable delivery outcomes in complex regulated environments.
