Project Manager-Mechanical

Location: Centennial, Colorado; the role is also listed as Westminster, Colorado. Travel of at least 75% is preferred, and work may take place in manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments.

Colorado Pay Range: $1–$1 USD

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Oversee projects in data centers, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil and gas construction.
• Lead and manage Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, and other employees.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractor resources, and work across hirify.global companies to support timely and cost-effective completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, client relations, project closeout, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure safety, environmental, work-rule, and quality requirements are followed and resolve project challenges proactively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction of industrial projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical field.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or a similar job-costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• A driver's license with a clean driving record.
