Project Controller I

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States

Pay range: $39.00–$59.00 per hour

What you will do

• Control project schedules, budgets, documentation, contracts, and accounts receivable with technical leads and project managers.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects with project teams, customers, and subcontractors.
• Assist with proposal development, project cost estimates, and negotiations.
• Support project procedure compliance and document control.
• Apply SEL values, operating principles, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 6+ years of experience supporting project work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, learn new skills, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results required.

Nice to have

• Related bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety qualifications, accounting principles, or utility, commercial, or industrial contracts.
• Experience with Deltek Vision or other project management software.
