Program Manager - Earth Observation & SATCOM Programs

Location: Onsite in Duluth, Georgia, United States. US citizenship is required, and the role must be performed from the Duluth, GA office.

Salary: $119,000–$188,500 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area, the range is $148,500–$222,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-year, cross-functional technical programs for satellite communications products and critical-edge security cryptographic solutions.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, coordinating engineering and non-engineering stakeholders while managing requirements, risks, costs, schedules, milestones, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate diverse engineering teams including system architecture, electrical design, software, mechanical engineering, engineering analysis, special test equipment, and integration and test.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, communicate recommendations to teams and senior leaders, and provide strategic direction for assigned programs.
• Build customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction, quality, profitability, and long-term program value.
• Support a high-performance team culture through accountability, performance management, encouragement, and empowerment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors as part of deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects, synthesize complex program information into actionable recommendations, and communicate across organizational levels and with external customers.
• Ability to develop and track KPIs and multiple program-performance metrics using Earned Value Metrics System practices.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office.

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
