Senior Program Leader/Manager (Encryption)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Camden Waterfront office in Camden, New Jersey, US. Work takes place in Closed Areas, SAPFs and/or SCIFs. Active security clearance required; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Salary: $153,000–$284,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of program managers and manage a portfolio of encryption development programs.
• Expand the portfolio through strategic business capture, solution definition, proposal execution, and contract negotiations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer stakeholders and manage executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead development programs across software, systems, electrical, mechanical, VHDL, and ASIC engineering in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Maintain cost, technical, and schedule baselines in a matrixed organization.
• Implement earned value management, change control, risk and opportunity management, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management.

Requirements

• Full-time onsite presence at the Camden Waterfront office is required.
• Experience leading large, complex development programs through the full lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, graduate degree and at least 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Expertise in earned value management systems, including customer reporting.
• Experience with proposal development, capture efforts, and external stakeholder relationships.
• Active security clearance required; eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience designing, developing, and manufacturing cryptographic equipment.
• PMI Program Management Professional certification or progress toward certification.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, MS Project, and Cobra.
• Experience with cost-plus and fixed-price contracting.
