Mobile Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbot assistants, image-based diagnostics, and automation tools.
• Build secure, scalable, high-performance systems and integrate AI-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to develop customer journeys using Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices connecting applications and databases.
• Establish monitoring, metrics, and reporting systems for AI application observability and performance.
• Prototype AI-driven features, integrate emerging technologies, and work within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of previous software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript including Node.js and React, C#, and MVC frameworks.
• Experience developing AI-powered applications, including AI integrations using open models such as Hugging Face or APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments including Visual Studio and VS Code, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives in AI-driven software development and apply systems thinking, problem solving, creativity, learning, and adaptation.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGPT.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or AI-first research initiatives.
• Expertise in AI-powered UI/UX development for human-computer interaction.
• Understanding of AI model cost implications, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.
• Participation in AI-related communities, meetups, or speaking engagements.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and orchestration tools.
