Sector Pursuit Specialist (AEC)

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; hybrid model with regular in-office days and the freedom to work from home.

Salary: $65,000–$95,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating content and schirify.globalules with sector leads.
• Customize proposals and presentations to reflect sector strategy and client needs.
• Maintain proposal templates and libraries with updated proof points.
• Partner with hub teams to embed brand voice and visual consistency.
• Support pitch preparation and interview coaching with pursuit teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or in a related position in the AEC industry.
• Excellent organization, project management, and writing/editing skills.
• Intermediate experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally via phone, video conferencing, and in person.
• Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer, with sufficient visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
