FITE Test Analyst (C4ISR)

What you will do

• Perform functional requirements-based testing and integration testing for FITE systems.
• Analyze functional requirements and prepare test steps and test cases in accordance with IEEE/EIA 12207 software testing practices.
• Support the development of Test Readiness Reviews, Test Plans, and Test Reports.
• Report and track software defects identified during formal testing.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience solving C4ISR or C2 technical problems.
• Training in systems engineering and software design and maintenance, including C4ISR systems architecture, hardware and software integration, requirements analysis, system testing and validation, configuration management, and lifecycle maintenance of mission-critical DoD systems.
• Practical understanding of engineering concepts.
• Ability to ensure C4ISR or C2 products, services, and processes meet quality and safety standards.
• Experience testing equipment to confirm that processes operate effectively and safely.
• Motivation and self-starter attitude.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required at the start of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience drafting Test Plans, Test Procedures, GAT documents, and bug reports.
• Track Management experience in system-of-systems environments.
• Linux and networking experience.
• Tactical experience or C2 systems experience.
