Quality Specialist (QA Testing)

Location: Hybrid from an office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; or Mandan, North Dakota. Work at least three days per week from the selected office, with Tuesday and Wednesday required and a third day determined with the supervisor.

What you will do

• Test software changes against design specifications and total quality management standards.
• Research test scenarios, execute tests, and report results.
• Write release notes and system enhancement documentation.
• Participate in product design discussions and review system documentation.
• Communicate product issues and testing findings to developers, software engineers, product, quality assurance, and support teams.
• Use generative AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and problem-solving within the role.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of quality assurance testing, automated testing tools, and mobile testing.
• Basic troubleshooting, research, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Basic knowledge of software applications, software integrations, and project management processes.
• Strong attention to detail and basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel as needed and work the required hybrid schedule from one of the listed offices.

• Experience handling Member and customer questions through telephone and email communication.
