Social Value Apprentice

Location: PiLON - Bracknell, United Kingdom; full-time work is required, with travel required for the role.

What you will do

• Support the Social Value Team with community, client, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate and deliver work experience opportunities in line with client commitments.
• Support school engagement activities, careers events, and employment-related workshops.
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities in partnership with HR, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare case studies, monthly reports, quarterly newsletters, internal promotional board updates, and event calendars.
• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of community events and initiatives.

Requirements

• Five GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C, including English and Mathematics.
• Good IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• A full driving licence, as travel is required for the role.
• Availability to start full-time work by January 2027.
• Commitment to the company values and motivation and dedication to successfully complete the apprenticeship programme.
• Eligibility for the apprenticeship: no equivalent or higher qualification in the occupational area and no significant work experience.
• A standard DBS check must be completed before starting.
