CAPEX Procurement Specialist (F/M/X) (Pharmaceutical Industry)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CAPEX sourcing strategy, ITTs, negotiations, and contract awards across EPCM, Design & Build, and Trade Contractor projects.
• Manage contract negotiations, bank guarantees, change orders, and final accounts.
• Drive the rollout of Master Service Agreements across Trade Contractor categories.
• Partner with Project Managers and lead business reviews with key suppliers.
• Support major pharmaceutical industrial projects, primarily focused on remediation, across a €180M CAPEX portfolio with 3-year budget visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in CAPEX, construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and solid contract management experience.
• Fluent French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fairmarkit, Ironclad, or Ariba.
