Location: Diegem, Belgium; secondary locations: Paris, Lyon, France, and Barcelona, Spain.

Salary: €114,000–€151,333 per year.

What you will do

• Implement competitive and innovative procurement strategies using market intelligence to identify cluster-level risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate savings targets, facilitate ideation and best-practice sharing, and resolve obstacles across sites.
• Partner with cluster leadership, suppliers, finance, legal, regulatory, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Provide consolidated procurement input for financial planning and site financial submissions.
• Use Power BI, AI, and other digital tools to track performance and generate insights.
• Manage and develop five Procurement Site Leads, supporting supplier management and site-level project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in procurement, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing excellence, with a focus on cost improvement and process change.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment and complex change management is advantageous.
• Skills in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contracting.
• Comfort with data and digital tools such as Power BI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile, proactive, autonomous, and able to drive change in a global, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in procurement or manufacturing excellence in a regulated industry.
• Fluent English.
