Senior Client Services Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; travel to client sites when needed

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing deployments of the hirify.global Evidencentral cloud-based evidence management solution from the time of sale through live operation.
• Manage multiple parallel projects using formal planning techniques, project plans, action trackers, GANTT charts, timelines, and critical-path analysis.
• Guide customers through decisions and responsibilities, maintain project documentation, and provide daily direction, motivation, and support to project teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders while coordinating timely issue resolution.
• Plan contingencies, anticipate resource and implementation variations, identify risks, and manage customer escalations.
• Act as a liaison with internal departments and travel to client sites when needed.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree with relevant experience in Project Management, Consulting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another applicable technical field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Project Management certification; PMI certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning or management for SaaS deployments or other relevant technology.
• Understanding of Justice Information systems, such as case management.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including timely written and oral feedback.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; process-oriented approach and ability to meet rigorous documentation requirements.
• Ability to partner and align with clients, manage relationships and engagements, deliver added value, and provide service exceeding client needs.
• Ability to develop, drive, and contribute to a high-performance team; strong accountability and motivation for professional excellence.
