Company
is hiring for a Quantity Surveyor role within its commercial and contract delivery operations.
What you will do
- Conduct weekly cost-to-complete and budget reviews with contract delivery teams and Project Managers.
- Monitor budgets, cost control, cash flow, profitability, commercial performance, and KPI delivery.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports, management information, provisions, cash flows, and applications.
- Manage commercial aspects of client contracts, including Compensation Events, Variations, Extensions of Time, completion requests, risks, opportunities, and value engineering.
- Manage subcontractor accounts from procurement through interim and final account agreement, including claims evaluation, submissions, and final account negotiations.
- Attend commercial, project handover, site progress, and internal and external review meetings while supporting contract delivery teams.

- Ability to work collaboratively with commercial, operational, contract delivery, and client teams.
- Ability to maintain commercial deadlines and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Ability to review site records, provide commercial feedback, and challenge contract delivery teams constructively.

- Ability to use lean tools to drive efficiencies, reduce waste, and support collaborative planning.
