Technology Enablement Intern

Location: Hybrid role based at the IT department headquarters in Hilversum, Netherlands, with a 60:40 work-from-home policy. Work from abroad is available for up to 2 weeks.

What you will do

• Configure SSO using SAML/OIDC and SCIM provisioning in Okta for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Manage GitHub organizations, teams, repository access, branch protection, and GitHub–Okta integration.
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, permission schemes, and automation rules; review access rights and remove unused accounts and licenses.
• Build and modify integration flows in MuleSoft and GCP, including small services and scripts using Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub.
• Test APIs with Postman, analyze payloads, troubleshoot logs, monitor interfaces, and investigate failed messages using Datadog and other logging tools.
• Maintain technical documentation, create service desk guides, work with GitHub Actions for builds and deployments, participate in stand-ups, refinements, and vendor calls, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently studying and looking for an internship opportunity.
• Interest in retail, technology enablement, integration landscapes, and IT-for-IT applications.
• Availability to start in February 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
