IT Warehouse Onsite Engineer (IT Hardware)

Location: Breda, Netherlands; located near the Marseille area; on-site in the warehouse 3 to 4 days a week, with frequent business travel across France, the Netherlands, and Europe.

Annual gross salary: €52,704–€71,280 EUR, including 8% holiday pay; €48,800–€66,000 EUR excluding 8% holiday pay.

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware across hirify.global Go warehouse locations in the Netherlands and Europe, including procurement, replacement, repairs, and disposal.
• Ensure warehouse IT equipment and services remain operational, including printers, scanners, audio and video equipment, workstations, networks, handheld devices, label printers, and servers.
• Support colleagues through ticketing and internal communication tools on hardware and service-related topics.
• Work with the IT Hardware team to build roadmaps, improve services, automate routine work, and maintain processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to implement solutions and improve IT services.
• Travel frequently to company locations across France, the Netherlands, and Europe and provide remote support where needed.

Requirements

• Good understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of networking, including WiFi and LAN.
• Comfort with business travel across France and Europe.
• Located near the Marseille area because the position is mostly onsite.
• Comfort working with vendors and stakeholders.
• Willingness to help colleagues with IT issues, learn, and support colleagues’ growth.
• Strong written and in-person communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Dutch is required.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics warehouse IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices or an ITIL certification.
