Network Administrator (Network Security): Maintaining and operating network and security infrastructure for the Galileo global satellite navigation system with an accent on Linux-based security systems, network equipment configuration, and hardware maintenance. Focus on system monitoring, user management, patching and firmware upgrades, and operational activities for critical space infrastructure.
Location: Hybrid in Noordwijk, the Netherlands

What you will do
- Patch hardware elements and perform firmware upgrades.
- Monitor systems supporting the Galileo satellite navigation programme.
- Manage users and replace hardware elements.
- Perform operational activities related to CSM services.
- Support network and security operations for EUSPA services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Linux-based security systems development.
- Operational experience as a network or security operations engineer.
- Experience configuring network equipment and maintaining hardware elements.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of another European language.
