Portuguese Content & CRM Executive (iGaming)

Location: Sliema, Malta; hybrid working model.

hirify.global is an online casino operator active across regulated European markets, preparing to launch the Portuguese-licensed Vincino brand.

What you will do

• Act as the Portuguese tone of voice for Vincino across customer communications.
• Write website, landing page, promotional page, blog, Google Ads, and other digital marketing content.
• Create and optimise SEO content to improve organic visibility.
• Write newsletters, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and other CRM communications.
• Set up and maintain promotions and related CMS pages in CRM and back-office systems, including quality assurance and scheduling.
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, Product, SEO, Marketing, and Country teams to improve campaign performance, retention, and acquisition while ensuring compliance with Portuguese regulations and responsible gaming requirements.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in European Portuguese from Portugal.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or CRM.
• Strong understanding of Portuguese language, culture, and local market trends.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience working with CMS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, creative, and willing to contribute beyond assigned responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry.
• Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
• Experience setting up promotional campaigns or using back-office systems.
