About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Commercial Marketing Manager / Growth Lead to take full ownership of client acquisition, funnel performance, and market growth across Russia and CIS markets.

This is a strategic, high-impact position designed for a marketer who deeply understands the dynamics of user acquisition in highly competitive or regulated environments. The ideal candidate brings recent (past 1–2 years) experience driving performance acquisition, guerrilla marketing tactics, and alternative growth strategies in the Russian-speaking region across Forex, Fintech, iGaming, or Crypto sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Guerrilla Acquisition

• Design and execute end-to-end performance marketing and growth strategies specifically tailored for Russia and CIS markets.
• Leverage creative, non-traditional, and guerrilla acquisition channels (influencer networks, programmatic, affiliate marketing, Telegram ecosystems, alternative media networks) to drive user acquisition.
• Manage acquisition budgets, continuously optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead-to-funded-account conversion rates.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Performance

• Take full ownership of the digital acquisition funnel and website performance as the primary conversion hub.
• Identify friction points in user journeys and implement landing page optimizations, A/B testing, and retention mechanics.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and attribution models to maximize baseline conversion.

Commercial Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Translate broader business objectives into actionable regional marketing plans for Russia & CIS.
• Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Affiliate teams to align acquisition campaigns with client retention and lifetime value (LTV).
• Conduct continuous market intelligence, benchmarking competitor tactics and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Recent Track Record (Crucial): Proven experience driving user acquisition and lead generation in Russia & CIS markets within the last 1–2 years.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in Forex/CFD Brokerage, iGaming, Online Gambling, or Crypto/Fintech in regulated or restricted marketing environments.
• Growth & Guerrilla Marketing Skills: Deep familiarity with non-standard digital channels, alternative traffic sources, community-led growth, and affiliate networks.
• Data-Driven & Hands-On: Expertise in web analytics, CRO, A/B testing tools, and funnel optimization.
• Languages: Native/Bilingual proficiency in Russian (essential for regional execution) and Upper-Intermediate/Conversational English.
• Location: Ability to work from or relocate to one of the company’s office hubs (Minsk preferred, Cyprus, Armenia, Malta, or Dubai).
