Senior Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with attendance at the central Stockholm office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from problem definition through user impact and post-launch iteration.
• Identify high-leverage user problems, engage directly with users, and define measurable success metrics.
• Build and ship full-stack, production-grade solutions across backend and frontend systems using AI-accelerated tooling.
• Develop robust architectures with feature flags, built-in security, and observability.
• Measure post-launch behavior change and iterate until user outcome metrics improve.
• Lead AI-driven development practices, mentor engineers, and promote modern software engineering principles.

Requirements

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating high-level user needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong product judgment, with a focus on user impact and fast feedback loops.
• Enthusiasm for AI-accelerated development and modern developer tooling.
• Strong full-stack execution experience across backend and frontend systems.
• Experience owning product areas end-to-end.
• Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues and foster alignment through collaboration.
