What you will do
- Lead and scale the EMEA AI Forward Deployed Engineering professional services team through hiring, mentoring, and organisational development.
- Guide enterprise customers through AI/ML transformations and productionise first-of-its-kind GenAI applications.
- Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners, including VP-, CIO-, and CDO-level stakeholders.
- Scope, guide, and sell complex technical engagements while managing escalations and delivery coordination.
- Define strategic account plans with Field Engineering and Sales leaders and own account, revenue, utilisation, and reference-related OKRs.
- Influence Product, Research, Engineering, and GTM priorities through customer insights and delivery learnings.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing, hiring, and developing high-performing data science, machine learning engineering, and leadership teams.
- Deep technical expertise in machine learning, GenAI, and data science.
- Experience leading production ML solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to work with senior executives to define programme goals, align technical vision, and build trust during complex enterprise engagements.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and GTM teams.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services leadership.
- Experience working with Databricks.
