National Accounts - Risk Control Account Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid, TX - Richardson, United States; approximately 20%–50% onsite with customers, including potential long-distance and overnight travel.

Salary: $99,100–$163,400 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Develop and oversee delivery of Risk Control services for assigned accounts nationwide.
• Consult with clients on identifying hazards, evaluating controls, preventing losses, and implementing service recommendations.
• Analyze loss data and trends to ensure service plans address the leading causes of loss.
• Manage account budgets, negotiate client expectations, and balance service delivery with cost.
• Build relationships with underwriting, brokers, claims, and Risk Control service teams while communicating account exposures and controls.
• Write technically detailed risk reports and adopt AI and hirify.global digital technologies to improve performance.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in safety, risk control or management, or a related field such as occupational or environmental health and safety, science, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or relevant military experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have or be able to attain appropriate certification for applicable state-specific requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, influencing, negotiating, and client relationship skills.
• Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• Casualty insurance knowledge, including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, or Commercial Auto.
• Recognized relevant certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM.
