Senior FP&A Manager (Fraud & Security Solutions)

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit and provide global financial reporting and analysis to senior cross-functional leaders.
• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and monthly financial results presentations for budget owners and senior leadership.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, coordinate correcting entries, and update future-period forecasts.
• Align financial processes with the business unit product roadmap and assess supply chain impacts on forecasts and budgets.
• Review inventory and identify reserves for obsolete or slow-moving products; manage headcount forecasts and hiring plans with HR and business leaders.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses for commission plans, calculate monthly commission payments, and complete ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including 4+ years of FP&A experience working directly with key business decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and experience researching and investigating variances between financial results and expectations.
• Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral and written communication, research, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Sound work ethic, flexibility to work beyond normal business hours as needed, ability to adapt to rapid change, and creative thinking.
• Successful completion of background screening, including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC verification, and Social Security verification.
• Successful completion of a credit check is required for travel-related roles where the candidate must obtain an appropriate travel credit line.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and/or Anaplan.
• Cost Accounting background.
