Sr. FP&A Associate

Location: Hybrid; work from another location for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
• Create accurate, standardized global financial reporting that is easy to maintain across brands.
• Partner with operational departments on cost control, margin improvement, and financial performance optimization.
• Monitor the financial performance of key business segments and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Review month-end results, forecast and budget assumptions, and KPI-based performance outcomes.
• Streamline financial processes and support strategic initiatives with corrective recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate FP&A, operational finance, or a related area.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to senior leaders and operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Oracle Fusion, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite ERP, or Hyperion Planning proficiency.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations.
• Experience with a private-equity-backed company operating internationally.
• Completion of a Financial Leadership Development or Rotational Program.
