Senior Cost Manager, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Remote, with the work location for this role onsite at client sites and partners; some in-person time is required for collaboration and client relationships.

What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, benchmarking reports, and project cost documentation.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
• Support lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates, qualification questionnaires, and other required project activities.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in advanced CostX functions for producing estimates and bills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, at an appropriate level.
• Contract preparation, post-contract administration, and project close-out skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers or similar mission-critical projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar cognate qualification.
• MRICS status.
• Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends, including sustainability.
• Field experience.
