Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Base salary: $110K–$140K per year, plus possible equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered app that manages car, home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical assets, including insurance, maintenance, repairs, and related services.

What you will do

• Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships and own the analytical function for the business area.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, reports, and the decisions that analyses should inform.
• Pull, structure, interpret, and analyze data independently using SQL or Python.
• Design experiments and surface insights that improve key business metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders and drive decisions through execution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, including the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Analytical proficiency with SQL or Python.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into hypotheses before working with data.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
