Finance Assistant

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)

hirify.global is a startup creating video games for PC, console, mobile, and VR.

What you will do

• Receive, check, organize, and process invoices, payment slips, and reimbursement requests.
• Enter and schedule payments in internal systems.
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors until payments are completed.
• Organize and send documents to the external accounting team for month-end closing.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date files and spreadsheets.
• Use Excel to track tasks and prepare simple reports.

Requirements

• Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced English with professional proficiency for daily use of systems and communication.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
• Organized, detail-oriented, committed to finishing tasks, and strongly interested in learning and growing in finance.
