Founding Investment Advisor (Fintech)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid with 3–4 days per week in the office

hirify.global is a fast-growing fintech building cross-border money movement infrastructure and a digital wealth product.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s investment advisory function in Brazil from the ground up.
• Define investor profiling, risk assessment, investment objectives, suitability standards, and advisory methodology.
• Design and review model portfolios and investment recommendations across fixed income, funds, equities, ETFs, private credit, and pension products.
• Monitor recommendation quality, suitability, documentation, and customer-facing investment content.
• Act as the responsible person for investment advisory activity and primary contact with BCB and other regulators.
• Contribute to the Wealth roadmap and translate the investment vision into a simple digital customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, portfolio management, or private banking at a regulated financial institution.
• Hands-on experience advising clients on investment strategies, portfolios, or financial products.
• Strong understanding of investor objectives, risk profiles, investment horizons, and portfolio suitability.
• Broad knowledge of fixed income, funds, equities, ETFs, private credit, and pension products.
• Strong investment judgment, ownership, and ability to communicate recommendations clearly in a fast-moving environment.
• Native Portuguese and professional English required.

Nice to have

• Experience at a digital broker, robo-advisor, or wealth fintech.
• Experience designing model portfolios or standardized investment strategies.
• Knowledge of ETFs and US-listed securities.
• Previous authorization as a Consultor de Valores Mobiliários or relevant qualifications such as CEA, CGA, CNPI, CFP, or CFA Level III.
• Experience building an investment advisory business or interacting with the BCB.
