Treasury Manager (Kyriba)

Location: Hybrid role in São Paulo, Brazil, with an office in the Zona Sul area; two days of home office per week.

What you will do

• Manage regional liquidity and cash flow performance while optimizing subsidiary capital structures according to Group Treasury policies.
• Identify FX exposures, execute hedging strategies through the in-house bank, and monitor results against benchmarks.
• Own bank account management, including KYC and mandates, in Kyriba TMS, while leading regional banking relationships.
• Lead Kyriba TMS and in-house bank transformation initiatives covering POBO/COBO, netting, centralized FX, digitalization, and AI applications for cash forecasting and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and local regulations, including BACEN and IOF, and deliver Treasury KPIs.
• Lead regional strategic projects involving entity restructuring, new market entries, capex, and trade finance in partnership with senior stakeholders and Group Treasury.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of treasury experience in multinational companies, with established financial institution relationships or relevant banking sector experience.
• Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Senior, strategic, hands-on, and execution-oriented approach with the ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, adaptability, integrity, and continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with regional regulatory environments.
• Spanish language skills.
