Business Resilience Manager

Location: Remote, United States; travel may include up to 25% domestically and internationally. Relocation assistance is not authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Expected compensation: $163,200–$224,400, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Business Resilience program.
• Develop the BCM operating model, policies, procedures, methodologies, standards, annual plans, tools, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Lead enterprise Business Impact Analysis and continuity-risk assessment cycles, including recovery objectives, impact tolerances, dependencies, and recovery priorities.
• Coordinate Business Continuity with Crisis Management, Technology Resilience, Cybersecurity Incident Response, Manufacturing and Operational Technology resilience, Supply Chain resilience, and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Design and facilitate exercises, manage corrective actions and exceptions, maintain implementation evidence, and support audit and management remediation commitments.
• Provide specialist support during crisis activations, including situation reporting, decision logging, stakeholder briefings, post-incident reviews, and transition to recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 10 years of experience in business resilience, disaster recovery, crisis management, risk management, or a related field in a private, public, government, or military environment; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certification in business continuity and/or emergency management, such as CBCI, CBCP, or MBCI, current or previous.
• Experience with ISO 22301.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 22317, ISO 22361, NIST SP 800-34, NFPA 1600, and ASIS Business Continuity and Crisis Management Standards.
• Experience conducting business impact analyses and developing business continuity plans.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of risk assessment techniques, BIA methodology, and recovery strategy development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to manage concurrent workstreams to target dates.
• Proficiency with business continuity software such as ServiceNow BCM and emergency notification systems such as Horizon or Everbridge.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, application recovery, and data protection principles sufficient to partner with IT disaster recovery teams.
• Ability to translate data and interviews into clear findings and recommendations.
