What you will do

• Govern Vistex pricing and claims processes across Europe, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and adoption of the ISR process.
• Monitor portal performance and identify, prevent, and resolve pricing, rebate, and claims issues before they create financial impact.
• Maintain customer, material, pricing, and rebate master data integrity and align pricing procedures, programs, and portal structures.
• Partner with IT to define, prioritize, and implement system corrections and enhancements.
• Drive process harmonization, automation, operational efficiency, preventive controls, and risk management.

Requirements

• Strong SAP/Vistex expertise in pricing, rebates, and claims management.
• Deep understanding of commercial operations, ISR processes, and ERP master data.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
