Software Engineer (.NET)

What you will do

• Develop scalable .NET services and REST APIs for commerce, billing, subscriptions, and payment processing.
• Deliver payment gateway integrations and regional payment methods.
• Plan and deliver features collaboratively, while developing, testing, and maintaining solutions within the domain.
• Advocate for non-functional requirements and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, Product, Finance, Data, and Operations teams to influence technical direction.
• Build and support secure, reliable, customer-facing payment experiences.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for web application development.
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and EF Core.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming best practices, Docker, and web security.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience with commerce systems and different payment providers.
• Zuora developer knowledge.
• Experience with AWS, including Secret Manager, another cloud provider, or background services.
• Foundational experience with Angular.
