Senior .NET Developer (Payment Technologies)

Location: Mainly remote with team meetings in the Łódź, Poland office twice a month

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services in C# and .NET 8 for payment systems used by millions of customers.
• Build and maintain REST APIs with ASP.NET Web API.
• Work with MS SQL databases, Entity Framework, query optimization, and SSIS.
• Integrate services using Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Write unit, automated, and end-to-end tests and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors while maintaining code quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building backend solutions in C# with MS SQL.
• Strong knowledge of .NET 8, Entity Framework, and Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Postman or Insomnia.
• Ability to write unit, automated, and end-to-end tests.
• Ability to navigate complex architecture and multiple services.
• Independence, strong organization, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with business stakeholders and external vendors.
• English at B1/B2 level and Polish at B2 level or higher.
• Own sole proprietorship (JDG) required for B2B cooperation.
