Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; in-person Monday–Wednesday and remote Thursday–Friday

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Run the CEO’s top priorities from rough ideas through finished results, scoping projects in days rather than weeks.
• Support cross-functional projects with Sales and Product, including go-to-market initiatives, strategic enterprise and investment-firm accounts, and partnerships.
• Explore expansion opportunities by sizing markets for hirify.global’s data, testing new customer offerings, and building recommendations for future growth.
• Support quarterly and annual planning and leadership meetings, converting decisions into clear owners, deadlines, and results.
• Keep teams aligned by prioritizing work, clearing blockers, and maintaining fast, clear communication.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment, ideally at a technology startup, management consultancy, investment bank, or investment firm.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to interpret messy data, avoid errors, and handle executive-level communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated track record of excellence in education, work, or another area.
• Daily use of AI for research, analysis, and automation, with an ability to identify ways to make the broader team more effective.
• High ownership and low ego, with a willingness to perform whatever work is needed to build the company.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or BD role at an early-stage startup.
• Background in expert networks, market research, or data products.
