Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: US - Remote, with a minimum of two weeks per quarter working in person at the Atlanta HQ; additional travel may be required for ELT meetings, offsites, and customer visits.

Base pay: $230,000–$286,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Own the rhythm of business, including OKR reviews, ELT syncs, board preparation, annual planning, quarterly offsites, and weekly leadership meetings.
• Track strategic bets, identify risks, and provide leadership with the data, metrics, and decisions needed to move the business forward.
• Set agendas, lead discussions, document decisions and action items, and drive cross-functional alignment and resolution of stalled dependencies.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, meeting-note summarization, drafting communications, data analysis, modeling, dashboards, and decision preparation.
• Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives, including market and partnership scouting, M&A support, organizational design, and employee engagement.
• Prepare all-hands, board, and investor materials; translate complex topics into executive-ready narratives and recommendations; and act as a trusted sounding board for the CEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or VC/PE firm, plus an additional 3+ years at a hyper-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in daily work, including research synthesis, drafting, data analysis, and decision preparation.
• Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and executive presence.
• Highly organized and analytical, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial and energized by enabling rapid growth in a scaling, category-defining company.
• Experience operating in rapid-growth businesses and the ability to build dashboards, models, spreadsheets, slides, and presentations.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools and workflows, synthesize executive conversations into actionable plans, close the loop on decisions, and translate ambiguous topics into clear written objectives.
• Strong organizational judgment, discretion, confidentiality, adaptability, accountability, resourcefulness, and comfort with competing priorities.
• Availability for flexibility outside standard hours when live issues or fast-moving decisions require it.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar strategic operations or business partner role.
• Experience managing company-wide goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs.
• Experience helping a leadership team or broader organization evaluate, pilot, or roll out AI tools and workflows.
• Exposure to security, fraud, authentication, or voice/AI-detection industries.
