Sales Representative Consumer CZ (FMCG)

Location: Remote in the Czech Republic; place of residence required in Prague or Prague-West.

What you will do

• Increase sales by maximizing shelf share and monitoring product assortment in stores to minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Define the best secondary placement for promotional events with Store Managers in line with company targets.
• Monitor sales activities, ensure sales targets are met, and initiate actions to boost sales and maximize each store’s potential.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Report sales results regularly.
• Coordinate with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer Service, retailers, and third-party merchandising companies.

Requirements

• At least a secondary school degree; higher education is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of FMCG field sales experience.
• Czech and Slovak communication skills at C1 or C2 level.
• Up-to-date market knowledge and understanding of sales tools and practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized approach.
• Ability to build relationships with key contacts.
• Residence in Prague or Prague-West.

• Higher education.
• Basic English at A0/A1 level or higher.
