Transport Security Specialist (f/m/d) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop and execute security concepts for international transport of company assets by land, water, and air.
• Collect information about assets, routes, transport methods, third parties, and schedules to identify potential threats.
• Implement transport-specific protection and mitigation measures, including physical cargo protection and technical surveillance.
• Instruct and coordinate security escort and protection service providers.
• Monitor transport progress, respond to interruptions, and investigate security incidents.
• Support the implementation of transport and logistics certifications such as TAPA and ISO standards.

Requirements

• University degree in security management or a related field with several years of practical experience, or professional security training with several years of relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate security, security consulting, security services, security authorities, the military, or related fields.
• First experience in transport security, supply chain security, or product protection.
• Good OSINT investigation skills and basic knowledge of technical tracking, surveillance, and physical cargo protection.
• Basic understanding of logistics standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Completed state security clearance from a previous position.
• Project management experience in critical infrastructure.
