What you will do

• Develop and implement the culture and employee engagement strategy for the Small Gas Turbines business.
• Analyse employee feedback, engagement surveys, and organisational data to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on communications supporting organisational change, transformation, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead culture-related projects and transformation initiatives from concept through implementation and review.
• Create and manage content across newsletters, intranet platforms, email, internal social media, and digital collaboration tools such as Viva Engage.
• Facilitate employee communities, forums, leadership meetings, engagement activities, and company-wide programme rollouts in collaboration with HR and business functions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in employee engagement, internal communications, culture transformation, or organisational development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication and engagement strategies in a complex business environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including confidence engaging senior leadership teams.
• Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent content creation, storytelling, editing, and digital communication skills.
• Experience managing communication platforms, engagement tools, and digital collaboration systems such as Viva Engage or similar platforms.
• Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, relationship-building, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach with a passion for building positive workplace culture.

Nice to have

• A recognised change management qualification such as Prosci.
