Workforce Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the UK, with monthly visits to the client's office on the Wiltshire/Dorset border.

hirify.global is recruiting for a UK mental health provider delivering ADHD and autism assessments for adults and children and building a dedicated function to onboard its nationwide network of self-employed clinicians.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a Team Leader and a team of administrators responsible for clinician onboarding.
• Manage performance against service levels and KPIs.
• Use data, Excel, reporting, and dashboards to identify issues and drive operational improvements.
• Keep onboarding efficient, scalable, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Support a fast-moving, high-volume operation where priorities can shift quickly.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, growing business.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• High confidence with Excel, reporting, and dashboards.
• Concise, detail-focused, and able to get to the point and deliver results.
• Availability to start as soon as possible or after a short notice period is especially encouraged.
