GTM Recruiter (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Run end-to-end GTM recruiting for roles across Singapore, Sydney, and Japan.
• Manage interview logistics across time zones and keep recruiting processes moving without bottlenecks.
• Partner with regional and global leaders to define hiring priorities, monitor pipeline health, and improve processes.
• Build hirify.global’s employer brand and presence with GTM talent across APAC.
• Own candidate communication and experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting operations in Ashby, conduct reference checks, support initial screens, and improve scalable APAC hiring infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in enterprise software.
• Experience hiring across multiple APAC territories, including Japan.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• High ownership, strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with ATS tools; Ashby is preferred.
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including a cofounder.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Collaborative, organised, thoughtful, and kind working style.
