Talent Acquisition Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of recruitment positions ranging from junior to senior hires.
• Work with hiring managers to understand business requirements and provide market intelligence.
• Conduct talent mapping to identify and engage top candidates.
• Manage recruitment delivery across multiple markets, time zones, and business units.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a compliant recruitment process and strong candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruitment mapping, business analysis, process improvement, and recruitment systems improvement while reporting hiring progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder partnership experience.
• Ability to work across multiple business units and manage multiple hiring priorities.
• Experience conducting in-depth talent mapping to identify top talent.
• Data-driven approach and familiarity with using hiring data metrics to highlight challenges and progress.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
