What you will do

• Develop and enhance sustainable investment products and solutions across asset classes and business areas.
• Advise product and investment teams on sustainability integration across asset classes and investment styles.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and governance frameworks, structures, and documents.
• Establish and maintain sustainability standards, methodologies, data principles, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure effective management and use of sustainability-related data.
• Lead and support sustainability-related projects from concept through implementation and execution.

Requirements

• Strong product expertise in sustainable investing and sustainability-related topics.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to structure complex topics effectively.
• Collaborative personality with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
• University degree in finance, economics, sustainability, or a related discipline.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of SFDR, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, AMAS Self-Regulation, and further sustainability-related regulations.
