Product Manager - AI Platform

Location: Zürich, Switzerland. Willingness to travel to customer sites across Europe and beyond, up to 10%. Relocation and permit sponsorship available.

hirify.global is an early-stage robotics company building the intelligence layer and AI autonomy software for humanoid robots manufactured by other companies.

What you will do

• Own the AI platform roadmap covering robot capabilities, data infrastructure, and deployment interfaces.
• Research customer and end-user use cases across industries and identify reusable product capabilities.
• Define and prioritize robot skills based on customer value and applicability.
• Design data workflows for training, evaluating, and continuously improving AI models.
• Define monitoring, observability, diagnostics, runtime-control, and task- or fleet-level interfaces.
• Work with Research, AI Engineering, commercial teams, customers, and end users to translate emerging capabilities into deployed products.

Requirements

• Product management experience with AI/ML products, robotics, data platforms, developer platforms, or technically complex B2B products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify common needs across diverse customer use cases.
• Technical understanding of model training, evaluation, deployment, and improvement, with the ability to work effectively with ML researchers and engineers.
• Experience defining user-facing interfaces for monitoring, observability, analytics, workflow, or operational tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear product decisions and specifications.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving product environment and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or products deployed in physical environments.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or foundation models for robotics.
