Senior Full Stack Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from problem framing and solution design through production delivery and measuring user impact.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI specialists to shape product direction and solutions.
• Design and build C#/.NET backend services using clean architecture and CQRS principles.
• Model performant and secure PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations in a multi-tenant environment.
• Build reliable asynchronous, event-driven workflows integrating AI capabilities, and design RESTful APIs with OpenAPI contracts.
• Develop React and TypeScript frontend features, deploy cloud-agnostic services on Kubernetes, and direct AI coding agents while maintaining tested, production-ready software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Engineer.
• Product engineering mindset with ownership of outcomes, user empathy, and pragmatic trade-offs.
• Hands-on agentic software development using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot agents.
• Strong C#/.NET Core experience building production services.
• PostgreSQL experience including schema design, query performance, and versioned database migrations.
• Experience with clean or hexagonal architecture, CQRS, and domain-driven design.
• Experience with event-driven systems and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS, including reliable messaging patterns such as outbox and idempotency.
• Solid React with TypeScript, RESTful API design, containerised services running on Kubernetes, and Git-based workflows with code review.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and portable, vendor-agnostic services.
• Entity Framework Core.
• Identity and access standards including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Multi-tenant data isolation, such as row-level security.
• Observability with OpenTelemetry and structured logging.
• Modern React tooling including TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Vite, and Storybook.
• Experience integrating LLM-based features or AI pipelines into products.
• Experience in regulated domains such as life sciences, healthcare, or finance.
