Software Engineer - Internship (Python/React)

Location: On-site in Paris, with training in Barcelona during the first month. Hybrid status is listed, but regular on-site presence in Paris is required.

A Barcelona-based technology company providing an all-in-one platform for boutique fitness businesses, including bookings, payroll, marketing, mobile applications, video-on-demand, and ecommerce functionality.

What you will do

• Contribute to the functional and technical design and development of the platform.
• Build and maintain high-quality back-office code.
• Define and implement new product features with the development team.
• Work across frontend and backend systems using Django, Python, React, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Deliver software through automated push-to-deploy workflows using Kubernetes, AWS, and self-hosted CI.
• Iterate through agile development practices, weekly releases, and feedback from staging and production.

Requirements

• Master's student in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent degree from a top-rated engineering program in France.
• Based in Paris and available for on-site work.
• Available for a final-year internship lasting 4–6 months.
• Practical or professional knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
• Interest in continuing into a full-time position after the internship.
