Technical Project & Performance Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Align project goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and technical resources with senior stakeholders across departments.
• Govern the broader technical project portfolio through business cases, success criteria, KPI frameworks, and recurring performance updates.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and translate project, financial, risk, and performance data into reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation of strategic initiatives, analyse bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and integrate lessons learned into delivery practices.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, Tech Management, and wider business stakeholders while improving governance and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally in a technology-driven organisation.
• At least 5 years of experience starting in software development, engineering, or QA roles, with a strong understanding of technical project delivery.
• Experience governing and reporting on a portfolio of projects, not only managing individual deliveries.
• Excellent data visualisation and documentation skills, including the ability to make complex information clear, structured, and visually compelling.
• Strong proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Understanding of project management frameworks and governance best practices, plus experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to a CTO and working alongside delivery teams.
• Organised, structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on, with a technical background and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
