Senior International Project Manager (Defense)

Location: Karlskoga, Sweden; international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Coordinate technical knowledge transfer and delivery of product-related information between international hirify.global organizations.
• Participate in product, production, and process reviews and identify documentation and process risks.
• Support technology transfer, training, project planning, follow-up, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, project management, operations, quality, finance, HR, and facilities.
• Work with production and engineering teams to ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Travel internationally when required to support business needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management or project coordination within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand complex technical information and coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and cultures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, structured approach.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Experience with international projects, cross-border collaboration, technical documentation, or product lifecycle management.
