Azure Cloud Support - L2

Location: Bucharest, Romania or Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work arrangement. A valid working visa for Romania or Bulgaria is required.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact for Microsoft Azure incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Azure platform issues while meeting service levels and customer expectations.
• Manage support tickets from investigation through resolution and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with consultants, global technical teams, and Microsoft Support during critical incidents and escalations.
• Expand Azure expertise, share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and contribute to team, practice, and project communities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and administering Microsoft Azure services in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting Azure infrastructure services, including Log Analytics, Monitoring, Cloud Backup, and Site Recovery.
• Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Networking services.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, hybrid connectivity with on-premises infrastructure, and SQL databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, global teams and environments.
• Fluent or professional English in written and verbal communication.
• A valid working visa for Romania or Bulgaria is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure SQL Database and Azure migration projects.
• AZ-900 or AZ-104 certification.
• Additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
