is a pre-IPO, growth-stage company developing NeuralMesh, a cloud and AI-native data infrastructure solution for enterprise AI training, inference, machine learning, and compute-intensive workloads.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams working on complex low-level infrastructure.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture, execution, performance, scalability, and reliability across critical Platform components.
- Participate in architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and provide technical guidance to senior engineers and technical leaders.
- Oversee development and optimization across high-performance networking, storage, and low-level Linux infrastructure.
- Drive engineering quality and identify performance and architectural improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams while building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong technical foundation in low-level systems programming using C/C++.
- Experience managing multiple software engineering teams and leading senior engineers and technical leaders.
- Deep expertise in Linux-based systems, low-level software development, and performance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Strong technical background in at least one of high-performance networking, storage I/O, or Linux systems.
- Understanding of system-level performance optimization, memory management, and hardware-software interactions.
- Experience designing, developing, or leading complex, large-scale, distributed, or high-performance systems.
- Ability to lead complex architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and provide meaningful technical guidance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills, with proven ability to build and develop high-performing engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with RDMA, DPDK, InfiniBand, or RoCE.
- Experience with NVMe, SPDK, or high-performance storage systems.
- Experience with Linux Kernel internals, filesystem drivers, or kernel-level development.
- Familiarity with NUMA, huge pages, eBPF/XDP, and advanced memory management or performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox networking technologies, high-bandwidth Ethernet, DPUs, or GPUDirect Storage.
